Excelling at tech transfer
We have developed a program to deliver executive education on effective design and delivery of technology transfer systems in organizations and regions. As shown in the figure below, our program, titled “Excelling at Tech Transfer,” consists of six modules covering six areas that are essential to effective technology transfer. These areas are quite diverse, reflecting the multidisciplinary nature of technology transfer. The keys to our program are breadth and flexibility. It is designed for a range of individuals who are interested in technology transfer effectiveness, including policy makers, technology transfer officials, and principal investigators. We can deliver the modules individually, or as a group, with each module 4-8 hours in length. In addition, the program can be delivered face-to-face at our headquarters in the new $95 mil Thunderbird building on the downtown Phoenix campus of ASU, on-site at your organization, or online.
